The packaging of Hilma Biocare products is carefully inspected and controlled at every stage of production and distribution. If the product was delivered without packaging or with damaged packaging, it is most likely that it was damaged during delivery. Please contact us through the Contact form if you have any further questions.
We carefully check every order before shipping it to our customers. However, human errors can sometimes occur. If your order is incomplete or contains extra items, please contact our support team through the Contact form.
Sometimes the code is not displayed correctly or damaged while being delivered to you. You always can ask any question on Contact form page.
You can check the shipping/delivery status of your parcel using the Tracking number on the USPS website or mobile app.
If you need to change the delivery address after receiving the tracking number from USPS, follow these steps:
- Find your order using the tracking number on the USPS website or in their mobile app.
- Select the “Redirect” or “Change Delivery Address” option.
- Update the delivery address to the new one.
Delivery times depend on USPS and the time of order dispatch. On average, USPS delivers parcels within 1 – 3 days from the moment of shipment, but please keep in mind that technical or other issues may sometimes cause delays.
Delivery time also depends on you! If you place an order before 12 PM and successfully complete the payment (for crypto wallet payments), your order is most likely to be shipped the same day and will reach you as soon as possible.
If you have not received an email with the payment details, possible reasons and solutions include:
- Check your “SPAM” folder. Sometimes emails with payment details end up there.
- You may have entered your email incorrectly during checkout.
- Your email provider is mail.ru or yandex.ru, which sometimes does not properly process automated messages.
